The Top 10 IFBB Ms Fitness Olympia 2009 has listed Nicole Duncan as one of the fittest women there are. She was born in Covington Georgia and her current occupation is that of a business woman, a personal fitness trainer, choreographer, fitness professional and the Director of Cheer and Dance. She studied at the University of Alabama and got a degree in Broadcast Production; Marketing Minor. She loved competing in gymnastics in her school days and dance in her high school days. After completing college she became a professional dance trainer. She has also been a head cheerleading coach for the Georgia State University. Nicole realized her dreams of being a fitness-pro in the year 2006 and since then, there has been no looking back for her.
She came first in her class in the NPC nationals in Miami Beach in Florida in the United States of America. The year of 2006 came with a lot of complications for her. She went through a number of surgeries to correct these problems. She then took some time for recovery and got back to her training to enter the 2006 Team Universe competition in July. She stood 3rd in this competition. She also wanted to be on the Top 10 IFBB Ms Fitness Olympia 2009.
The failure of not getting her fitness pro card motivated her to work even harder for the November competition. After this she stepped in to the fitness arena. The ladder of her successes went up. She was placed in the top 10 three times. Her career as a fitness pro took a leap in the year 2008 when she was placed 4th in the top 5 of New York pro. She also gained the 3th position at Europa super show and the 5th position at the Houston pro competition.
Nicole Duncan also has her own fitness company in which she creates fitness programs, workshops and events for cheerleaders and dancers. Her company also trains those who want to pursue a career in the fitness field. She has rightfully secured her place in the Top 10 IFBB Ms Fitness Olympia 2009.
